I think it is fair to say that most of us (humans) take the miracle of our bodies for granted.  If we take a moment to realize everything that our body is doing for us, at any moment, without our conscious effort, one can quickly conclude that it is doing a lot.  From breathing to metabolizing our food, to regulating blood flow and blood pressure, coordinating our mind and muscles for movement, regeneration of cells for healing, elimination of waste, maintenance of body temperature and ph, etc.  All of this and more, all the time.  Our body makes life a lot simpler for us, if we take care of it.
If we engage in a lifestyle that challenges the body to work harder to maintain vitality, we can expect to experience the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle habits through compromised health (illness, disease) manifest through various symptoms.  Pre-Diabetes is a symptom of a compromised body.

1. Enroll in BusyBodyz Coachng.
Once you have submitted your name and email, you'll receive an invitation email to open your account and download the BusyBodyz App.

 
 


2. Fill out questionnaires.
Inside your account, you'll find an intake questionnaire.  Share your goals, schedule, ability fitness level, history, and preferences with your coach so they can help tailor your program to your needs.



 
 


3. Meet your coach.
Once you've completed your questionnaires, you'll meet your expert BusyBodyz coach.

 

 


4. Receive your workout program.
Once you've met your coach and your questionnaire reviewed, you'll receive a training program designed to fit your schedule, ability, fitness level, and goals.



 
 


5. Start your journey.
All that's left is to click on the Busybodyz App where you will have access to your entire program.






6. Ongoing coaching support.
In addition to weekly check-ins, you'll have access to your expert BusyBodyz Coach for game-changing support, accountability, and guidance.






7. Choose your Online Coaching Plan
Once you have signed up, downloaded the App, filled out your questionnaire, and received your program, you can choose a coaching plan that best suits you.  You can choose your plan anytime before your free 2-week trial ends.
